The Rowans is an Outstanding provision for Medway pupils who have been permanently excluded.  Their primary needs are social, emotional and mental health.

The School Improvement Plan sets out the school’s strategy and development planning for the next three years, with some further projected planning.  It also sets out specific key tasks for the academic year.  The Plan is developed through discussion by, and consultation with the staff at the Rowans and is informed by School Self-evaluation, which may lead to amendment of the plan throughout the year.  The plan will be reviewed regularly.
